Spags Automotive was established by Daniel Spagnuolo in 2017 as a family business. The team at Spags consists of Daniel, his mother and father, John and Anna.

Daniel grew up in his father’s workshop and found his passion for vehicles at a very early age. He went on to complete his apprenticeship with Holden, after which he worked as a Honda specialist in the old family business before moving on to start a business of his own early in 2017. Daniel is considered a Honda and Holden specialist in the local automotive community.

Although he’s supposed to be retired and travelling the world, John Spagnuolo’s passion for cars and mechanical work keeps him coming into work with his son every day.

John started his automotive career working in a workshop that specialised in wheel alignments in 1969, he then went on to work at a suspension specialist for a few years before starting his own business in 1986, which he built up to become one of the foremost independent Honda specialists in Adelaide. He is now enjoying his retirement, by working with his son every day.

Anna spends her time in the office, providing administrative and customer support for the business, and her lunch breaks talking to John about when they’re going to get around to travelling.
